The CFTC’s union has filed a grievance over Republican Commissioner Caroline Pham’s treatment of an enforcement lawyer at a closed-door meeting. The complaint contends that the derivatives regulator has allowed Pham to repeatedly intimidate and abuse employees, a situation that “has created and fostered a hostile work environment.”
